Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, please note that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for custom items. 
 

Gift Card Returns
Gift card purchases are also considered final sales, and thus no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

Custom Designs  
All custom designs must be approved by the customer before printing. Once the design is approved and the order is processed, it is final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Life Coaching Sessions 
Please be aware that all life coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, it is considered final. 

Issues with Items 
Should you encounter any issues with your purchased items, please contact us directly, and we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving the matter.

Processing Refunds  
In the rare event that a refund is warranted for eligible items, all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
