Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience: 1. Booking & Payment – All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. Discovery Calls – If you book a discovery call and do not attend, you will **not** be able to rebook. A **$50 no-show fee** will be charged for missed discovery calls. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations– If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least **24 hours' notice**. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a forfeited session or a cancellation fee. 4. Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. 5. No-Shows – If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may forfeit your session without a refund. 6. *Refunds & Transfers – Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session if the cancellation policy is followed.
